CANCELATION POLICY

All reservation of tours involving theme & attraction parks are non-refundable due to the parks cancellation and refund policy if canceled.

Only change of dates can be offered up to a maximum of 180 days after the original scheduled tour date.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

If you need to reschedule your tour date, you must notify via email at Info@cancuntoursunlimited.com or call at +1 (801) 704-0792 with a minimum of 2 days in advance of your scheduled tour and it is subject to availability. A 10% rescheduling fee will apply.

We will notify you via email prior to your tour date if the tour must be cancelled by for any reason including weather conditions of which you’ll receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty.
