An excellent place to cool off and to enjoy the natural wonders of the Yucatan peninsula. Our tour begins at your hotels front lobby from 7:00 am to 8:00 am depending on you location. We then enjoy a fantastic a scenic drive down to Tulum and a fabulous commentary from your tour guide as he shares interesting facts and useful tips about the area. The drive to Tulum may vary depending on your hotel location (from 45mins to 1.5hrs). Upon arrival, we enjoy a 1.5-hour guided tour. Come with us on a magical journey through the crystal museum that is Río Secreto, where the history of our planet is written on the myriad geological formations, and where floating in its crystal-clear fresh water your life will change forever. In this surreal locale near Playa del Carmen you can observe natural history dating back millions of years, as you hike and swim through a route of about 1 km full of beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. Go deep inside an underground cave, where you'll experience true silence among some of the most dramatic mineral formations in the world.

  • Drive to Tulum Ruins (drive time may be 45 mins to 1.5hrs depending on your location).
  • 8:00-8:30 AM: Arrival to Tulum Ruins and restroom break.
  • Enjoy a fascinating tour of the ruins for 1.5 to 2hrs approximately, free time included.
  • 10:45AM: Arrival to RIO SECRETO PARK.
  • 11:00AM: Enjoy a series of adventure activities at RIO SECRETO PARK.
  • Duration: 3:30 hrs.
  • 2:30 PM: Return to Hotel: Return to Hotel (drive time 45 minutes to 1.5hrs depending on your hotel’s location).

CANCELATION POLICY

Due to the LIMITED CAPACITY of passenger availability for small group tours or private tours, a cancellation fee of 20% is charged when canceling once reservations and payment have been made and confirmed.

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is 30% cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 % cancellation fee.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

If you need to reschedule your tour date, you must notify via email at Info@cancuntoursunlimited.com or call at +1 (801) 704-0792 with a minimum of two days in advance of your scheduled tour and it is subject to availability. A 10% rescheduling fee will apply.

We will notify you via email prior to your tour date if the tour must be cancelled for any reason including weather conditions of which you’ll receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty.
