MEETING POINT / VOUCHER REDEMPTION

• You must complete your online booking in order to receive your Confirmation and Booking Report Voucher with your official e-ticket of the park via e-mail and this must be presented at Xplor park or upon your pick up on the tour date
• With Transportation purchased: Pick up and Drop off at your hotel lobby in Cancun / Riviera Maya
• This tour is on shared basis transportation with a tour conductor for up to 45 passengers
• Pricing includes sales taxes
• NOTE: Your hotel room number is required prior to your tour date for scheduling and confirming your pick up time, find further instructions described on the Confirmation and Booking Report Voucher

CANCELATION POLICY

Please note: Once you complete your online purchase for your activity, you will receive a first e-mail containing your Confirmation and Booking report, you will also receive a secondary e-mail with an official ticket voucher to be redeemed upon your arrival at Xplor Park. The ticket voucher will appear under the name of the buyer and a photo ID will be required upon ticket redemption at the park.

If transportation is purchased, our drivers will verify you have both your photo ID and your ticket voucher upon your pick up.

All reservation of tours involving theme & attraction parks are non-refundable due to the parks cancellation and refund policy if canceled.

Only change of dates can be offered up to a maximum of 180 days after the original scheduled tour date.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

If you need to reschedule your tour date, you must notify via email at Info@cancuntoursunlimited.com or call at +1 (801) 691-0281 with a minimum of 2 days in advance of your scheduled tour and it is subject to availability. A 10% rescheduling fee will apply.

We will notify you via email prior to your tour date if the tour must be cancelled for any reason including weather conditions of which you’ll receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty.
