Please note: Once you complete your online purchase for your activity, you will receive a first e-mail containing your Confirmation and Booking report, you will also receive a secondary e-mail with an official ticket voucher to be redeemed upon your arrival at Xcaret Park. The ticket voucher will appear under the name of the buyer and a photo ID will be required upon ticket redemption at the park. If transportation is purchased, our drivers will verify you have both your photo ID and your ticket voucher upon your pick up. All reservation of tours involving theme & attraction parks are non-refundable due to the parks cancellation and refund policy if canceled. Only change of dates can be offered up to a maximum of 180 days after the original scheduled tour date. RESCHEDULING POLICY: If you need to reschedule your tour date, you must notify via email at Info@cancuntoursunlimited.com or call at +1 (801) 691-0281 with a minimum of 2 days in advance of your scheduled tour and it is subject to availability. A 10% rescheduling fee will apply. We will notify you via email prior to your tour date if the tour must be cancelled for any reason including weather conditions of which you’ll receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty.
