MEETING POINT / VOUCHER REDEMPTION

• You must complete your online booking in order to receive your Confirmation and Booking Report Voucher with your official e-ticket of the activity via e-mail and this must be presented at Aquatic center stated on your Booking report on your tour date
• This tour includes roundtrip transportation from your hotel lobby in Riviera Maya area only
• Transportation is on shared basis
• NOTE: Your hotel room number is required prior to your tour date for scheduling and confirming your pick up time, find further instructions described on the Confirmation and Booking Report Voucher
• Purchasing from Cancun does not include transportation to activity location. You must redeem your voucher at the aquatic center address stated on your Confirmation and Booking Report
• Pricing includes sales taxes

CANCELATION POLICY

Due to the LIMITED CAPACITY of passenger availability for small group tours or private tours, a cancellation fee of 20% is charged when canceling once reservations and payment have been made and confirmed.

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is 30% cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 % cancellation fee.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

If you need to reschedule your tour date, you must notify via email at Info@cancuntoursunlimited.com or call at +1 (801) 691-0281 with a minimum of two days in advance of your scheduled tour and it is subject to availability. A 10% rescheduling fee will apply.

We will notify you via email prior to your tour date if the tour must be cancelled for any reason including weather conditions of which you’ll receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty.
