TOUR DESCRIPTION

Snorkel in Cancun and witness the amazing coral reef sites and some statues of the famous Underwater Museum of Cancun. Combine this with a trip in our SubSee Explorer for a complete Cancun excursion.

Our Reef Express boat departs from the marina, our crew will entertain you throughout the short journey to Punta Nizuc reef. Sit back and relax with a beer or soda during the 30-minute ride and enjoy the scenery of the Nichupte Lagoon. Upon arrival to Punta Nizuc, you will board the Sub See Explorer.

Make yourself comfortable next to the window of the sub so you have a panoramic view of the underwater world as we take you on a narrated tour.

As we approach the reef area you will see 7 statues that belong to the Cancun Underwater Museum including the 5 presenters of America’s ‘The Today Show’.

The Sub will leave you on our paradise platform and here you gear up and enjoy your snorkeling tour in Cancun.

Stay as long as you like and snorkel from the platform with our guides. They will ensure you see all the marine life in the area and point out the many species of fish that occupy this beautiful site.

  • You must complete your online booking in order to receive your Confirmation and Booking Report Voucher with your official e-ticket of the activity via e-mail and this must be presented at Aquatic center stated on your Booking report on your tour date
  • This tour includes roundtrip transportation from your hotel lobby in Riviera Maya area only
  • Transportation is on shared basis
  • NOTE: Your hotel room number is required prior to your tour date for scheduling and confirming your pick up time, find further instructions described on the Confirmation and Booking Report Voucher
  • Purchasing from Cancun does not include transportation to activity location. You must redeem your voucher at the aquatic center address stated on your Confirmation and Booking Report

CANCELATION POLICY

Due to the LIMITED CAPACITY of passenger availability for small group tours or private tours, a cancellation fee of 20% is charged when canceling once reservations and payment have been made and confirmed.

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is 30% cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 % cancellation fee.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

If you need to reschedule your tour date, you must notify via email at Info@cancuntoursunlimited.com or call at +1 (801) 691-0281 with a minimum of two days in advance of your scheduled tour and it is subject to availability. A 10% rescheduling fee will apply.

We will notify you via email prior to your tour date if the tour must be cancelled for any reason including weather conditions of which you’ll receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty.
