Standing on the tallest Cliff along the Caribbean coast, Tulum is a must see. It is believed that the original name was Zama (meaning sunrise) since it is given a dramatic daily sunrise due to its geographic location. If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 % cancellation fee. RESCHEDULING POLICY: If you need to reschedule your tour date, you must notify via email at Info@cancuntoursunlimited.com or call at +1 (801) 704-0792 with a minimum of two days in advance of your scheduled tour and it is subject to availability. A 10% rescheduling fee will apply. We will notify you via email prior to your tour date if the tour must be cancelled for any reason including weather conditions of which you’ll receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty.
