MEETING POINT / VOUCHER REDEMPTION

• Pick up and Drop off at your hotel lobby in Cancun / Riviera Maya
• This tour is on shared basis and there is a private guide for up to 15 people
• You must complete your online booking in order to receive your Confirmation and Booking Report Voucher via e-mail and this must be presented upon your pick up on the tour date
• Children rate are considered from 5 -11, Infants under 4 years old. Pricing includes sales tax
• NOTE: Your hotel room number is required prior to your tour date for scheduling and confirming your pick up time, find further instructions described on the Confirmation and Booking Report Voucher

CANCELATION POLICY

Due to the LIMITED CAPACITY of passenger availability for small group tours or private tours, a cancellation fee of 20% is charged when canceling once reservations and payment have been made and confirmed.

If you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is 30% cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 % cancellation fee.

RESCHEDULING POLICY:

If you need to reschedule your tour date, you must notify via email at Info@cancuntoursunlimited.com or call at +1 (801) 704-0792 with a minimum of two days in advance of your scheduled tour and it is subject to availability. A 10% rescheduling fee will apply.

We will notify you via email prior to your tour date if the tour must be cancelled for any reason including weather conditions of which you’ll receive a full refund or be able to reschedule your trip with no penalty.
